“Rudraksha”
“ Rudraksha” World is derived by two sanskrit world, first is ‘ Rudra’ and second is ‘Ashru’. Rudra is an another name of lord Shiva and ‘Ashru’ means ‘Tears.’ Rudra name express the furious stage or fiery nature of lord shiva. i.e. Rudraksha means “Tears of lord shiva”.
Rudraksha is a special type of fruits which is in different colours, shapes and size. We get Rudraksha in 4 main colours-
1- white 2- dark red 3- yellow 4--- black
Chemically it’s camposition is 50.024% Carbon, 0.14615% Nitrozen,17.798%Hydrozen 30.45315% Oxyzen and mianearly Aluminium, Calcium, Clorine, Copper, Cobalt, Nickel, Iron, Mn ,K, Na, Sio2, Zn also contain on it. By the presence of O2, it is a very good and effective medicine. It’s nature is hot and solid.
Different Kind’s of rudraksha----
Rudraksha is in different size,. According to our most respected Shivpuran and old respected pious abbot’s (mahatma’s ) we can classify rudraksha in 3 major group with respect to his size-
· Size which is equal and greater than fruit’s of Avala.
· Size which is equal to the fruit’s of bair.
· Size which is less than fruit’s of Bair.
Origin of Rudraksha:-

Once time lord shiva doing hard austerity till thousands of years. Once day when lord shiva doing austerity his mind is full with emotion. By the effect of these emotion he just open his eyes and by that two or three drops of tears droped down on the ground (tricle shed down). By the effect of these tear’s drop one Rudraksha’s fructiferous tree were formed there. Which is famous by the name of Ruraksha’s tree in future. After that, lord shiva fixed this tree on the same place for the goodness and happiness of his followers. He distributed the spores(seeds) of Rudraksha ‘s tree in many part of world like India, Nepal, Pakistan, Srilanka, Indonesia etc. and among the followers of lord Vishnu and oll 4 categaryes of men like-
1. Brahmin
2. akshatriya
3. vaishaya
4. Shudra
And he situated or fixed an big forest or garden of Rudraksha’s trees in middle, NE - India , Pakistan, Nepal, and Indonesia. Now a day’s we get Rudraksha in a major parts of Nepal, Indonesia, srilanka, Pakistan, and some part of India like Dehradun, Mathura, Ayodhya, Varansi, Himanchal Pradesh, etc. according to the order of lord shiva the plantation of Rudraksha in four variety according to Brahmin, Akshatria, Vaishaya , and Shudra. Take must Rudraksha according to his own category. For the happyness and shoot his trouble please take Rudraksha necessarily.
According to lord Shiva Rudraksha which are less than size of Bair’s fruit is too Good i.e. one small Rudraksha show ten times extra effect than the one big. Rudraksha which is polluted or effected by Warms, which is rebutlas(broken by any sides or uneven), in which uplifted points or dotes are not present , which is full of more than one colour i.e. colourfull spots are present and which is not perfectly circle Rudraksha which having oll these fivequality would not be taken by men.A Rudraksha in which a small holl is present for passing thread is too good.

Delhi: the student team of FOSTIIMA BUSINESS SCHOOL, New Delhi have given the concept of COMMAN ROOF PROGRAME for the up gradation of the unlicensed petty vendors of Indian Railways at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in their annual tech fest COGNIZANCE-09.This Business plan competition was organised under the name of Prodesk 3.0(Design for social need). The gruelling event was organised from 20 march to 22 march. The inauguration guest was honourable YAHOO INDIA head. The team was lead by Purushotam Sati and Rohit K. Gupta specialising in Finance and Marketing respectively.
The team of two students had been short listed for final round presentation from among various entries from whole India. There were11 teams in the final round including 3 IITs and NITs. It was not a easy ride, as they pitted their brains against prestigious teams and selected among top 3 teams and awarded by merit certificates and cash prize. The business model given by fostiimites was hand-to-hand activity of corporate, NGOs, and Microfinance institutes. It was the ultimate test of managerial ability, analytical mind, presentation skill, and innovative idea. They had to design the new innovative, light weight, aesthetically design, display system which should be worn by vendors. fostiimiites design the different display systems which were made by thin cane especially by flora in middle Himalya region (local name-Ringal). The display system presented by fostiimites was light weight from 0.5 kg to 1.5 kg and can sustain the weight up to 75 kg. They had also given many ideas to improve the sanitation and garbage problems as well as to generate the revenue.
According to the team members Purushotam sati and Rohit k. Gupta, it was both an enriching and enlightening experience signifying the high point of their MBA at FBS. The education imparted to them along with a bent of social consciousness would help them to apply their skills to the long term development issues facing the country and create both revenue as well as societal value.
